Banana Cream Crunch Donuts deliver creamy banana filling and crunchy topping with bakery quality texture at home
Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour
2 and 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/3 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 bananas mashed
1 packet vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Mix warm milk and sugar then add yeast until foamy
2. Knead dough with eggs butter salt and flour
3. Let dough rise for one hour
4. Cut donut shapes
5. Fry donuts at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
6. Make filling with bananas pudding and whipped cream
7. Cool donuts then pipe filling inside
8. Mix topping and coat donuts
9. Serve fresh

Keep topping dry until serving for maximum crunch. Serve donuts warm for perfect soft texture
