1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for coating

1 small baby carrot for nose

Whole peppercorns or olive pieces for eyes and buttons

2 pretzel sticks for arms

Crackers for serving

1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper

2. Shape into one large ball and one small ball

3. Roll both balls in mozzarella to coat

4. Stack small ball on large ball to form a snowman shape

5. Add peppercorns for eyes and buttons

6. Add carrot nose and pretzel arms

7. Chill for 90 minutes

8. Serve with crackers

Chill before shaping if the mix feels soft. Refrigerate until serving. Decorate right before placing on the table
